Kalpana Chapter
Prioritizing student mental health, providing professional counseling, and reducing systemic risks in academic environments.
The Growing Crisis
Indian students in the 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th standards, as well as University students, face unprecedented levels of academic pressure, family expectations, and financial stress.
This combination of factors has led to an alarming rise in anxiety, depression, and tragically, a heightened risk of self-harm and suicide among the youth. The stigma surrounding mental health often prevents students from seeking help before it's too late.
Our Approach
The Kalpana Chapter provides a safe, judgment-free space where students can breathe and speak openly about their struggles.
Professional Counseling: One-on-one sessions with trained psychologists and counselors.
Mental Health Workshops: Destigmatizing mental health and teaching coping mechanisms in schools and universities.
Crisis Intervention: Providing immediate support to students flagged for high risk.
